Active Fitness

Active Fitness are able to provide fitness and Personal Training sessions 5 days a week.  We have 6 fully Qualified Personal Trainers working hard to ensure your needs are met and that we can provide only the best quality service within a grassroots community setting.

Online Classes

Active Fitness have been able to accommodate you even through period of uncertainty by turning to virtual coaching experiences.  Classes such as Zumba, Kick Fit, Legs Bums & Tum, Boxercise, HIIT and Abs Attack are delivered throughout the week and you can access all of them.

​There is something for everyone.  All you need to do is register and access all the classes we have to offer.
